Lewis Hamilton faces £3.5m legal battle

British racing champion Lewis Hamilton is fighting a legal war with an Italian builder over the £3.5million custom-built Caribbean love nest he designed for ex-Nicole Sherzinger.

The luxurious five-bedroom villa was planned by Formula 1 Ace Hamilton and built on the island of Grenada.

However, when he split with the former Pussycat Dolls singer in February – he decided he no longer needed the tropical bolt-hole, reports the Sun.The five-bedroom villa, complete with record studio, was based on the coast of Grenada. Pictured, a view of the capital St. George's

It is believed that the luxury villa, which comes with its own private jetty, is built on this exclusive development on the island of Grenada

The expensive property, which is similar to this villa, was said to boast the 'best views in the Caribbean' and includes a private gym and and sunset lounge area

Mr Bertucci said that he believed Hamilton, who one the first part of this case in a court last year, did not ‘behave correctly’ with him.

The driver had not paid a deposit and the deal was done via email – but Mr Bertucci remains angry over Hamilton pulling out. He told the Sun: ‘I didn’t want to take legal action but it is very difficult to sell a personalised villa like this.’
