West Ham striker Diafra Sakho is close to completing a £15m move to Premier League rivals West Brom after having a medical at The Hawthorns.
Sakho has spent the last two seasons with the Hammers, scoring 15 league goals in 44 appearances, although he has suffered several injury problems.
The 26-year-old’s fee would be a club record for the Baggies.
His arrival could result in West Brom selling striker Saido Berahino, who is a target for Crystal Palace and Stoke.
The Potters have offered £17m with £3m in add-ons for the England Under-21 international – a fee which is close to West Brom’s valuation of the striker.
