A Mother’s Seed

I once was a little seed full of various needs,

Seasons changed, and spring came to transform me,

I am now a beautiful flower, loving to see her so proud of me,

Thankful to have grown from her fields.

My petals flaunt for her, my leaves flutter

She gives me shelter as protection,

And fed me nourishment and attention,

I am beyond thankful, I love her.

Thorns grew from me, I was scared,

“Will she ever love me again?” She heard,

But she smiled and continued to adore me,

“Despite your flaws, I’ll still love the little seed whom grew from me”. She said.
