Despite born and bred abroad, Bayer Leverkusen defender Timothy Fosu-Mensah says he really enjoys listening to Ghanaian artistes.
According to him, in an interview with CITI TV, his favourite Ghanaian musicians are Bisa Kdei, the late Castro, Sarkodie and King Promise.
“Bisa is good, I don’t know if I am saying the name right. Sarkodie is good and before I was listening to a lot of Castro. King Promise is good as well met him two years ago at a festival in Amsterdam. He is a very good artiste and he makes music with a Dutch artistes from my area so it is good,” he said.
Fosu-Mensah, 23, is only in the country for the second time, following the end of his first season Bayer Leverkusen where he played six league matches.
