Okyeame Kwame and Nana Ama Mcbrown are two Ghanaian entertainers that are well-known for their versatility.
Despite the fact that Nana Ama is an actor, she has gradually won the hearts of many Ghanaians as the host of a culinary show on television.
The actress, who has been dubbed “Ghana’s most versatile empress of the screen,” has astonished many with her ability to fit into any part, mixing seamlessly with both Akan and English actors and producers.
Because of her versatility and malleability, she has recently become the most sought after actress for television commercials.
One of her newest commercials for “Roma Mosquito Spray and Coil” has gone viral among kids. It causes people to rise up whenever the commercial appears on television.
On the other side, Okyeame Kwame has become recognized for “many things.”
He established a “made in Ghana” clothing brand and demonstrated his modeling abilities on the catwalk.
The “Rap Doctor” took on a project for the Ministry of Health to raise awareness about Hepatitis B.
During the campaign, he traveled the length and width of Ghana, teaching people about the disease.
He travelled across Ghana conducting a radio launch and playing mini-shows instead of a large event to promote his record named “Doctor,” like many musicians do.
They were rumored to be dating in 2004, when they were spotted together promoting Okyeame’s work. They were believed to have taken a road trip across the country together.
However, the couple did not marry, contrary to popular belief.
In August 2015, a post credited to the Rap Doctor attempted to clarify that he had not married the movie diva as many had assumed.
The tweet stemmed from an interview he gave to Accra-based Okay Fm, in which the “best rapper alive” is said to have explained that “Nana Ama had a lot of things going on for her,” and that the versatile McBrown was two years his senior.
These were the only explanations he offered for why their ostensibly eight-month relationship had failed.
