Prince William’s Wife Kate Isolates After Close Contact With Covid-19 Case

Wife of Prince William, Kate Middleton has been forced to go into isolation after coming into close contact with a Covid-19 carrier.

Prince William has attended a service of thanksgiving to celebrate health care workers and volunteers across the UK for their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

His wife the Duchess of Cambridge was due to attend both events but was forced to cancel after coming into close contact with someone who tested positive to COVID-19.

Kate is now isolating at home for 10 days after she was alerted on Friday afternoon, hours after attending Wimbledon and the Euro 2020.

“Her Royal Highness is not experiencing any symptoms, but is following all relevant government guidelines and is self-isolating at home,” a statement from Kensington Palace said.
