Ghana Football Association To Impose Travel Ban On Ashgold And Inter Allies Players In Response To Their Match Fixing Scandal

The Ghana Football Association is working hand in hand with the police CID and Interpol to place travel restriction on players of Ashgold and Inter Allies for their alleged participation in a fixed match as they carry out investigations

The decision though might appear harsh is necessary and may proof to be the right call after allegations of match fixing rocked the just ended Ghana Premier League.

The GFA has been basking in a lot of praise for seeing over arguably the most entertaining league season for over a decade and these rumours threaten to undo all the hard work put in by the football association and teams involved in the league, most especially league winners Accra Hearts of Oak.

As such rumours put the credibility of the league and Accra Hearts of Oak’s title win in question.
