Ghana Revenue Authority Set To Collect Tax On All Cash Donations Sent To Mrs. Appiah, Favourite Teacher Of ‘Our Day’ Boy

Ghana Revenue Authority has sent a message to Mrs. Appiah telling her to get ready for them as they will soon be at her door step to collect tax on all cash donations she received kind courtesy of being Oswald’s favourite teacher.

Yesterday happened to be Mrs. Appiah’s student, Oswald’s ‘our day’

Oswald had on the other hand had trended the whole of yesterday as an ‘our day’ list he made for his mother for things he wanted on the auspicious they went viral.

As mother luck would have it, made kindhearted individuals and organizations pledged support for Oswald and his teacher who Oswald had on his list for a big bottle of coke and inadvertently made good on their promises.

Celebrities like Kidi, Mr. Drew, Vodafone Ghana and MTN not forgetting Naana Opoku Agyemang, running mate of former president John Dramani Mahama all made pledges to the boy and followed through.

Ghana Revenue Authority has made light of the issuing by the message they have issued which is not to be taken serious as you would soon see for yourselves.

GRA in the post first acknowledged that indeed Oswald the ‘our day’ boy is too young for gift tax to be taken from him and indicated that ‘someone should kindly tell Mrs. Appiah to get ready for us’
