Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban has signed a three year deal with Italian club Genoa.
The Serie A club signed the 27-year-old from Turkish side Trabzonspor for a reported €1.8 million.
He was signed as a replacement for Eldor Shomurodov who has joined AS Roma.
Ekuban started his career with Chievo Verona but failed to make any appearance for the club as he was sent on loan multiple times.
He was later signed by English side Leeds United but after just a season went to Turkish Süper Lig side Trabzonspor on a season long loan. After impressive performances with the Trabzonspor, the loan move was made permanent.
