Ghanaian musician Mr. Drew says he was gutted by the turnout of the Ghana Party In The Park concert in London.
Despite being highly promoted and several top Ghanaian artistes like Sarkodie, Amerado Burner, Yaw Tog, Kofi Jamars and others being billed to perform, the attendance was shockingly low.
Speaking to Abeiku Santana in an interview on the Ekwansodwodwo show on Okay FM, the Highly Spiritual Music signee stated that he was very much disappointed when he saw the crowd that came to watch them.
The talented Ghanaian artiste indicated that the low attendance at the show even kinda demotivated him when he was performing.
He however would like to cut the organizers some slack as Covid-19 was the reason why the show flopped.
Explaining why the show flopped, Mr. Drew stated that the Ghana Party in the Party happened to be the first major Ghanaian show held in London after the lockdown, so people were skeptical about the attendance as there were still restrictions in the country due to Covid.
