Legendary Ghanaian actor Psalm Adjeteyfio says he does not feel embarrassed asking the public for money.
The Taxi Driver star recently made headlines when asked Ghanaians to give him 3,000 cedis for his rent. Thankfully vice president Bawumia came to aid, giving him 30,000 for five years rent and 20,000 cedis for his upkeep.
However, a section of the public have slammed the veteran movie star for always begging for money as it is embarrassing for a man of his status.
But speaking in an interview with Tony Best on Akoma FM, TT, as he is affectionately called, said he does not find it embarrassing seek help from the public.
“When you have problem and you don’t tell people about it, there’s no way they would know,” he said.
“I must add that I didn’t call for the interview but I just used their outlet to channel my situation hence I’m not embarrassed.”
