Video vixen, model and brand ambassador and entrepreneur, Efia Odo can not wrap her head around why acquiring the latest iphone is such an accomplishment to many Ghanaians and is acively seeking an answer to her question
The question is in response to the race amongst celebrities to be amongst the first to own the latest Iphone 13
Social media has already started getting flooded by images of celebrities who have already acquired the latest iphone 13.
Nana Aba Anamoah, evangelist Nana Agradaa and Tracey Boakye are amongst the list of those who have been seen on social media flaunting their new toys and as the days keep passing by the numbers keep increasing
And Efia Odo is cannot phantom what the craze is about, taking to her twitter handle, the diva wrote, “Why is acquiring the latest iphone such an accomplishment to many Ghanaians? This really baffles me and I need answers cuz it’s quite embarrassing especially seeing “celebrities” posing with their new iphone”.
A cynic netizen responding to Efia Odo’s post commented, “If you want to talk to Nana Aba talk to her directly don’t pass through the corners” to which Efia Odo replied, “Haven’t seen her do that but if she did then she’s not the only one. It’s embarrassing!”
Well not only is it embarrassing but it does not make sense that an individual who does not own a land of his or her own and renting or sometimes squatting with a friend should spend over GHC10k to acquire a phone
Efia Odo’s questions are legitimate but we all know it will fall on death ears as the race to acquire the latest Iphone 13 is just beginning
Efia Odo has also been making the news recently for comments she made regarding why she gave up on the fight for the #FixTheCountry campaign
According to her, she had to end the fight due to the increasing threats she had on her life and added that her mother came weeping to her to stop involving herself in the campaign lest to carry out their threats, it is for this reason she gave up on the fight
