Jesse Lingard’s contract with Manchester United is coming to an end et the club and the player has not yet come to an agreement whether he will extend his contract or leave.
The 28-year-old have already been linked to two of the biggest clubs in Europe — Barcelona and AC Milan. The clubs are reportedly monitoring Lingard’s situation and may try to sign him next season for free.
Lingard, who has enjoyed a renaissance in his career since his loan spell with West Ham last season, is reportedly not happy with his role peripheral role at United as he has started only one game this season.
The England international is reportedly open to a move to either Spain or Italy.
He is said to be not certain of his future with Manchester United because of his limited appearance for the team this season.
He is desperate for more playing time in order to be part of England’s squad in Qatar.
But despite being restricted to mostly substitute appearances, Lingard has been impressive so far, scoring two goals and one assist.
