P-Square Brothers Reconcile After Long Standing Feud

Famous Nigerian twins, Peter and Paul Okoye of the former musical group P-Square have finally decided to let sleeping dogs lie after a five-year feud. News about their reunion began to circulate earlier in the week when the twins including their elder brother, Jude Engees started following one another on Instagram.

A video of the two hugging one other went viral on the eve of their 40th birthday, indicating that the brothers are back together. Many fans were overjoyed to learn of their reunion, as many had hoped to see the twins reconcile and reintroduce the musical flavor that made them such a strong force throughout the continent.

 Peter and Paul’s musical careers took off  following the release of their debut album, ‘Last Nite,’ in 2001. . They were already a hit by the time their sophomore album, ‘Get Squared,’ was released in 2005. Until 2016, when they dissolved due to a disagreement over their management, the pair continued to rise, signing deals and winning honors.

All efforts to bring back the twin brothers proved futile until recently. The brothers exchanged birthday wishes on Instagram today to commemorate their birthdays. Paul, on the other hand, went a step frrther and posted a photo of the group with an account number and the caption it;

“Starting from @obi_cubana and @judeengees even @davido  let’s show @davido that 2 heads are better than 1…..everything na double double”

His post is in response to Davido’s reach out to friends, fans and colleagues to each contribute a million naira each towards his birthday, something that is yielding him so much money that the twin brothers decided to tap into his blessings.
