Jose Mourinho Gets Felix Afena-Gyan His €800 New Boot As Promised

AS Roma manager Jose Mourinho made a promise to Ghanaian footballer Felix Afena-Gyan to get him a new pair of expensive boots following his man of the match performance for AS Roma against Genoa in which he came of the bend with 15 minutes to go and scored a brace to ensure Jose Mourinho and his men took away all three points.

The young Felix Afena-Gyan run to his manager after grabbing the winners as the entire team joined them in celebration and Jose Mourinho in explaining the celebration said, “I had promised to buy Felix the boots he really likes, which are really expensive. They cost €800, so he ran over and told me not to forget! Tomorrow morning, the first thing I do is buy him the boots.”

Now a video sighted by has shown the AS Roma manager fulfill his promise to the young chap and shows the manager handing over the boots to the players as the two are all smiles in the video.
