Yesterday, December 5, 2021 marked the 38th birthday of Ghanaian actress, Jackie Appiah and she decided to celebrate her special day with the less privileged in society in the Northern Region of Ghana.
It has now become common practice for the actress to spend her birthday with the less privileged in society and this time the recipients of her magnanimity were our brothers and sisters in the Northern Region, Tamale to be precise as she took the long trip down North to spread some love and happiness.
Jackie Appiah and her team visited the staff and pupils of Kogni MA Primary School in Tamale to donate some items. Some of the items Jackie Appiah and her team donated included school uniforms, stationery, toiletries, and other assorted products.
Topping up her donation of items worth thousands of Ghana Cedis, the actress and her team also presented a newly constructed borehole to the people of the community to serve as a source for clean drinking water.
Speaking at the commissioning and handing over of the borehole, Jackie Appiah acknowledged the importance of having a source for clean drinking water and expressed her delight in being able to provide such a basic need to the good people of Kogni.
