United Kingdom Prime Minister Boris Johnson and his wife, Carrie Symonds have announced the birth of their second child together, a baby girl.
The happy couple in announcing the birth of their child, revealed that the baby is in good health and was born in the early hours of Thursday in a London hospital.
“Both mother and daughter are doing very well,” the couple’s office said in a statement. “The couple would like to thank the brilliant NHS maternity team for all their care and support.”
The couple welcome their second child, a year after they gave birth to their first Wilfred, who was born in April 2020, just weeks before after his father, the Prime Minister was was treated in intensive care for COVID-19.
Boris Johnson and Carrie Symonds, tied the knot in May 2021 in what would be Carrie’s first marriage and Boris’ third. Boris Johnson has at least five other children from previous relationships.
