Akufo-Addo To Cut Sod For Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Academy In Accra

As part of efforts by the New Patriotic Party and the Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo led Government to push the country drive the country into a more applied and technology based studies, the President is rearing to cut the sod for the building of a Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) Senior High School in Accra on January 12, 2022.

Upon its completion, will serve as a 21st century hub for the study of Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) for Senior High Schools education in the country.

The Minister of Education, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, speaking to the media disclosed that sod will be cut for other communities in the days to come as the Ministry of Education is implementing somewhat of a cultural reboot in Ghana’s education and the entire country will benefit from the reboot.

He espoused that the ministry will work hard and in tandem with contractors to ensure the projects meet the deadline are of the quality that will serve as the perfect habitat for Senior High Students to learn Science Technology, Engineering and Mathematics.
